IMPORTANT NOTICE
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING BACKGAMMON CLUB, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. Definitions
"App" means the Backgammon Club mobile application.
"Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Sheshbesh Hero Ltd.
"User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who uses the App.
"Virtual Currency" or "Chips" means the in-app virtual currency.
"Club" means a virtual group created within the App.
2. Nature of Service
Entertainment Purpose Only
THE APP IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT A PLATFORM FOR REAL-MONEY ACTIVITIES.
3. Virtual Currency (Chips)
- All chips are virtual with NO real-world monetary value
- Chips cannot be purchased with real money
- Chips cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out
- Chips exist solely for in-game entertainment
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are for club management features only (e.g., increased member limits, additional tables, analytics). They do not enable real-money activities.
5. User Eligibility
You must be at least 12 years old to use this App. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using the App for any real-money activities
- Exchanging virtual chips for real money or items of value
- Using cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized software
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
