Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Shesh Club account and all associated data at any time.

What will be deleted

✓ Your account and login credentials
✓ Your profile information (name, email)
✓ Your chip balances across all clubs
✓ Your game history and statistics
✓ Your club memberships

What may be retained

Anonymized transaction logs may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes. These records cannot be linked back to your identity after deletion.

How to request deletion

Via email (recommended)

Send an email to contact@sheshbeshhero.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Via the app

Open Shesh Club → Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Processing time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted.
